Mamata Chakraborty

Mamata Chakraborty has a diverse work experience in various companies and organizations. Mamata started their career as a Management Trainee at SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited in 2009. Mamata then worked as a Practising CS at SARC & Associates, Chartered Accountants from 2011 to 2013. After that, they served as an Assistant Company Secretary at Rohit Ferro-Tech Ltd from August 2013 to November 2013. Mamata then worked as a Company Secretary at Impex Ferro Tech Limited from November 2013 to January 2015. Mamata also worked as an Assistant Manager in the Corporate Governance Team at Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited from February 2015 to October 2015. Mamata then joined Bengal Aerotropolis Projects Ltd. as a Company Secretary from October 2015 to December 2017. Mamata later held the position of Vice President at SARC Associates from January 2018. In the same year, they became the India Coordinator and Vice President at Indo European Business Forum. Mamata Chakraborty is currently working as a Registered Advocate with Delhi Bar Council at the Bar Council of Delhi since February 2019. Furthermore, they are also the Director of India Global Chamber of Businesses since January 2022.

Mamata Chakraborty studied at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India until 2009. Mamata has obtained additional certifications, including Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) & Anti Money Laundering (AML), Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), and a Certificate Course on Forensic Audit, all from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
