Alison Nasisi

Alison Nasisi has been working in the field of compensation and benefits for over 20 years. Alison began their career as a compensation analyst at Children's Hospital in 1995. In 1999, they took on a role as Sr. Compensation Analyst at Sappi Fine Paper. Alison then moved to Giga Information Group, Inc. in 2000, where they became Compensation and Benefits Manager. In 2003, they left Giga to join Forrester Research as their Benefits Manager. Alison remained at Forrester until 2012, when they joined the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard as Director of Compensation, Benefits and Work-Life. Alison has been with their current employer, Sarepta Therapeutics, since September 2019, serving as their Chief People Officer.

Alison Nasisi attended McGill University, where they earned a B.A. in Industrial Relations. Alison then attended the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, where they earned an MBA in Human Resources.
