Cris Rothfuss

Cris Rothfuss has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career in 1994 as a Judicial Clerk for the Connecticut Appellate Court. From 1995 to 1998, they worked as a Litigation Associate at Ivey, Barnum & O'Mara, LLC. Following this, they joined Bernstein, Cushner & Kimmell, P.C. as a Senior Associate from 1998 to 2001. In 2001, they joined pSivida as the Director of Intellectual Property and Corporate Counsel. From 2006 to 2013, they worked at Harvard University in roles such as Senior Associate Director of Technology Transactions and Director of Technology Transactions (J.D.). In 2014, they became the Executive Director of the Institute for Quantitative Social Science (IQSS) at Harvard University, where they managed the institute's overall strategic, programmatic, financial, and personnel management. In 2016, they founded The REAL Ride. They also served as a Board Member for Boston Day and Evening Academy from 2017 and Chair of the Board of Trustees from 2020 to 2022. In 2017, they joined Harvard University again as the Executive Director of Institutional Initiatives in the Office of Technology Development. Currently, they hold the position of SVP, Deputy General Counsel at Sarepta Therapeutics, where they joined in 2018. They have also held previous roles at Sarepta Therapeutics including Vice President, Corporate Transactions and Executive Director, Corporate Transactions.

Cris Rothfuss holds a J.D. degree in Law from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Additionally, Cris completed a B.A. degree in Political Science from Yale University. Furthermore, Cris obtained a Mediation Certification from the Community Dispute Settlement Center in 2018.
