Hillary Keir

Hillary Keir is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as Associate Director, Late Stage Program Manager at Sarepta Therapeutics since May 2022. Prior to this role, Hillary held various positions at Allergan from December 2012 to May 2022, including Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate, Clinical Services Specialist, and Clinical Project Assistant. Earlier in her career, Hillary worked as Managing Associate at Thinc Group, LLC from January 2011 to September 2012. Hillary earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs & German from the University of California, Davis, between 2001 and 2007.
