Margaret Pasquale

Margaret Pasquale currently serves as Associate Director, HR Business Partner at Sarepta Therapeutics, a position held since July 2020, following roles as Senior Manager and Manager in the same department. Prior to joining Sarepta, extensive experience was gained at Pegasystems from May 2016 to July 2020 as a Senior People Partner and People Partner for the Technology and Corporate Functions sectors. Earlier career milestones include positions as an HR Generalist and Associate in HR Business Partners at Brown Brothers Harriman from September 2010 to May 2016, and a Learning and Development internship at Macy's in 2010. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Communication from Fairfield University and a Certificate in Management from Northeastern University.
