Matthew Ragheb

Matthew Ragheb has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Matthew is currently working at Sarepta Therapeutics as the Senior Director of Compensation, starting in March 2023. Prior to this role, they have also held the position of Director of Compensation at the same company from April 2021 to March 2023. Matthew's earliest work experience was as a Staff Accountant at Watermark Donut Co. from June 2004 to June 2005.

Matthew Ragheb attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Matthew furthered their education at the same university from 2008 to 2012, completing an MBA with a specialization in Business.
