Shawn Marlow

Shawn Marlow is an experienced strategic operations leader with a strong background in enhancing field effectiveness and driving data-driven initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of FFE Strategy and Insights at Sarepta Therapeutics, Shawn manages initiatives to improve field operations while ensuring seamless execution and training for the team. Prior roles include Director of Field Operations and Analytics, and Associate Director of Commercial Operations and Analytics at Biogen, where Shawn focused on operational improvements and analytical decision-making. Additional experience includes data analysis and regulatory reporting at Haemonetics and State Street. Shawn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine.
