Doug Gardner is a seasoned professional in capital project management with over two decades of experience in the real estate and property management sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Capital Projects at Sares-Regis Group since July 2003, Doug oversees capital improvements and maintenance. Previous roles include Director of Project Management and Maintenance, Project Manager, and Maintenance Manager at Sares-Regis Group, as well as Maintenance Manager at Greystone. Doug's career began at TCRS, BRE, and Alliance Residential, where responsibilities included maintenance supervisor and regional maintenance manager.
