John Pinnell

John Pinnell has a diverse work experience in the real estate and finance industries. John currently holds the role of Vice President Development at Sares Regis Group, where they previously served as Development Director and Development Manager. Prior to that, John worked at Flatiron Energy Partners as an Acquisition Manager, specializing in the acquisition of oil and gas mineral and royalty assets. John also worked at Bank of America, starting as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst and eventually becoming an Assistant Vice President and Portfolio Management Officer. Additionally, John gained experience as a Research Analyst at Capitol Market Research.

John Pinnell completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Investment Management Finance at The University of Texas at Austin, from 2006 to 2009. John then pursued a Master of Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California from 2014 to 2015. Prior to their enrollment at The University of Texas at Austin, John may have attended Oklahoma State University; however, their degree or field of study during that period is unknown. Additionally, in October 2015, John obtained a Procore Certified: Associate certification from Procore Technologies.
