Sean McGuinness

Sean McGuinness, CDP, has a diverse work experience in the fields of architecture and business development. Sean started their career at Fitch in 2001 as a Director of Business Development, where they managed sales and client service teams. Sean then joined Sapporo Restaurant Group in 2007 as the Director of Design and Development, responsible for brand and menu development. In 2009, they returned to Fitch as the Executive Business Director, overseeing sales strategies and client service for the architectural practice. Afterward, they joined The Culinary Edge as the Senior Director of Business Development in 2017 before taking on their current role as the Hospitality Business Director at Sargenti Architects.

Sean McGuinness, CDP completed their Bachelor of Design Science in Visual Communications from Arizona State University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the ICSC Certified Development, Design & Construction Professional (CDP) certification from ICSC in June 2013. Sean further received the ICSC 20 Under 40 certification from ICSC in November 2015.
