Zaya Oshana

Zaya Oshana currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for the Commercial Segment at ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas, beginning in July 2023. Prior to this role, Zaya held the position of Director of Human Resources at Sargent Manufacturing since September 2007, contributing to the company’s leadership in locksets and access control systems across various markets. Zaya also served as Senior Director of Human Resources for ASSA ABLOY Architectural Hardware Group from January 2018 to August 2023. Zaya is an alumnus of Bryant University.
