Amanda Schubert has extensive experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as the Manager of HR Projects & Facilities at Sargento Foods since April 2022. Previously, Amanda held roles as an Associate Project Manager in HR and as an Executive Assistant, managing executive calendars and succession planning among other responsibilities. Amanda earned a Bachelor's degree in Project Management and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Columbia Southern University, completing the latter in 2022 and the former in 2020.
