Michael Pellegrino

Michael Pellegrino currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Sargento, overseeing business units totaling approximately $1.8 billion, including consumer products and food service & ingredients, along with responsibilities in operations, innovation, sales, supply chain, and strategic planning. Previous roles include President and Chief Growth Officer, Chief Customer Officer & President of Consumer Products, and President of the Consumer Products Division at Sargento, as well as various leadership positions at Kraft Foods. Michael also holds advisory and board positions with multiple organizations including Avery Dennison, Milo's Tea Company, and The Cycle Project, aimed at supporting community welfare and growth initiatives. Michael earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
