Scott Mitchell

Scott Mitchell is a Senior Electrical Engineer at Sargento Foods Inc. since March 2018, specializing in the design and support of automated manufacturing equipment with Rockwell and FANUC solutions. Prior experience includes roles as an Electrical Engineer at Kohler Co. and Moraine Park Technical College, where Scott also served as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor, instructing adult students in computer courses. At H.G. Weber & Co., Inc., Scott was responsible for creating electrical schematics and documentation for OEM machinery using AutoCAD Electrical. Scott holds a Master's degree in Project Management - Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and an Associate degree from Fox Valley Technical College.
