Laura Exner

Laura Exner is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sariba AS since August 2025, Laura previously held several key positions at Höegh Autoliners AS, including Chief HR & Communications Officer and Head of Global HR. Prior experience includes HR leadership roles at PwC Norway, where Laura operationalized the firm’s people strategy and improved various HR processes. Laura's career began at National Assessment Agency as an HR Advisor, with foundational roles in HR at Inland Revenue NZ and the Ministry of Research, Science + Technology. Laura holds a BSc in Psychology and has pursued additional coaching certifications, reflecting a strong commitment to leadership development.
