Tom Carr is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in information technology management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Management Information Systems at Sarnova since April 2019, Tom previously held the position of Director of Information Technology at HBD Industries, where responsibilities included overseeing IT functions across multiple locations. A significant tenure at The Timken Company included roles such as Manager of IT Client Services & Data Center Operations, where Tom directed user computing experiences, and Strategic Growth Specialist, focusing on growth initiatives and strategic planning for Timken's aftermarket division. Educational achievements include an MBA from Colorado State University and a Mini-MBA for Tech Executives from Boston University, complemented by a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Kent State University.
