Jackie Seibel has a diverse range of work experience in the food and dairy industry. Jackie most recently served as the Vice President of Product Development and Quality at Sartori Company, where they played a key role in developing and ensuring the quality of their products. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Product Development and Director of R&D at the same company.
In addition to their work at Sartori, Seibel worked as an Adjunct Professor at Mount Mary University, where they shared their expertise in the field with students.
Seibel also has experience at Schreiber Foods, where they served as the Cheese R&D Team Leader, leading a team in executing product development projects and contributing to strategic planning. Jackie also worked as a Research Scientist II at the company, executing innovation and optimization projects and identifying new opportunities for research and development.
Early in their career, Seibel worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, conducting research on the manufacturing impact of microfiltration of milk and publishing a peer-reviewed journal article on their findings. Jackie also gained experience as a Research and Development Intern at Land O'Lakes, a Research Assistant II at the University of Minnesota, a Biological Science Aid at the United States Department of Agriculture, a Quality Assurance Intern at Cargill, and a Laboratory Technician at Schroeder Milk.
Throughout their career, Seibel has demonstrated a strong commitment to product development, research and innovation in the food and dairy industry.
Jackie Seibel pursued their education in a sequential manner. Jackie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Food Chemistry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2009 to 2011. In 2014, Jackie acquired a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from ASQ. Later, in 2019, they attended St. Norbert College for the Center for Exceptional Leadership program.
