Jackie Seibel has a diverse range of work experience in the food and dairy industry. Jackie most recently served as the Vice President of Product Development and Quality at Sartori Company, where they played a key role in developing and ensuring the quality of their products. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Product Development and Director of R&D at the same company.

In addition to their work at Sartori, Seibel worked as an Adjunct Professor at Mount Mary University, where they shared their expertise in the field with students.

Seibel also has experience at Schreiber Foods, where they served as the Cheese R&D Team Leader, leading a team in executing product development projects and contributing to strategic planning. Jackie Seibel pursued their education in a sequential manner. Jackie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Food Chemistry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2009 to 2011. In 2014, Jackie acquired a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from ASQ. Later, in 2019, they attended St. Norbert College for the Center for Exceptional Leadership program.
