Matthew Osthelder

Matthew Osthelder has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matthew started their career as a Crew Chief at Culver's in 2004, where they quickly progressed to a Manager in Training (MIT) position and later became a Crew Chief, overseeing up to 15 team members and store operations. In 2011, they transitioned to Walmart, working as a Pharmacy Technician until 2015. Following that, they joined Family Video as a Shift Leader for a brief period. In 2016, Matthew joined Covance as a Study Technician II, responsible for managing the in-life phase of preclinical pharmaceutical studies and creating documentation for research and development projects. Since 2017, they have been working at Sartori Company, initially as a Microbiologist and currently as a Product Data Manager. In their role as a Microbiologist, they performed microbiological testing and quality assurance tasks, managed cross-functional projects, and improved laboratory data reporting methods and training programs.

Matthew Osthelder attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 2009 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General. In September 2019, they obtained the certification of Preventive Control Qualified Individual (PCQI) from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA).
