Daniela Katarzynski

Daniela Katarzynski has extensive work experience in the biotech and healthcare industries. Daniela is currently the Head of Operations Cell Culture Media at Sartorius Stedim Biotech since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Director of the Production Business Unit DNA Synthesis at Eurofins Genomics from January 2020 to April 2021.

From June 2016 to December 2019, Daniela served as the Plant Manager and Managing Director at GE Healthcare Bio-Sciences Austria GmbH. Before that, they were the Business Team Leader at the same company from October 2014 to May 2016.

Earlier in their career, Daniela worked at Whatman GE Healthcare, where they held various roles including Operations Manager, Process Engineering & Product Quality Manager from March 2014 to September 2014, Process Engineering & Product Quality Manager from March 2012 to February 2014, Process Engineering Manager from March 2011 to February 2012, Lean Leader from October 2009 to February 2011, and Scientist Membrane Development from June 2008 to September 2009.

Daniela Katarzynski obtained a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Duesseldorf between 1998 and 2008. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Cell cultivation techniques from edX and in Executive Leadership from the Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2023.
