Shilpa Ambre has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Shilpa most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at SARVA - Yoga, Mindfulness & Beyond, starting in July 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at Viiking Ventures Pvt. Ltd., Playboy India, and Viiking Beverages from October 2017 to July 2019. Shilpa also worked as the Group Chief Financial Officer and Head of Compliances at The 120 Media Collective from April 2015 to October 2017. Before that, they were a Finance & Strategy Professional at CFOSME Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. from August 2014 to March 2015. From 1982 to 1993, they attended Indian Education Society's English Medium High School in Dadar, Mumbai, where they obtained their SSC degree.

From 1993 to 1998, they pursued their Bachelor of Commerce degree at Mumbai University - D.G. Ruparel College, Mumbai, with a focus on taxation and accounts.

From 1996 to 2001, they attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained their CA degree, specializing in financial management, accounts, and taxation.

In 2006, they attended the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant and received their CPA certification, focusing on taxation, accounts, and financial management.

In 2009, they pursued an IFRS Certification at ICAEW, specializing in International Financial Reporting Standards.
