Milind Hire

Milind Hire has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Milind started their career as a Credit Analyst at Citibank India in 2003, where they handled credit functions such as customer underwriting, financial analysis, and evaluation. After spending five years at Citibank, Milind joined Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. in 2008 as a Credit Manager. In this role, they were responsible for credit appraisal, vendor management, portfolio analysis, and customer grievance handling.

In 2013, Milind joined AEON Credit Service India Private Limited as an Assistant Manager initially and later became a Manager. Here, they focused on ensuring portfolio quality while maintaining service levels to customers, scrutinizing loan applications, and sanctioning and disbursing loans. Following their stint at AEON, Milind worked as a Senior Manager at IDFC Bank starting from 2016. Milind played a crucial role in finalizing processes, participating in technology evaluation and testing, managing training for branch operations, and implementing controls for operations activities.

Currently, Milind is working as the Head of Central Operations at SarvaGram since September 2019, where they oversee the operational aspects of the company's central operations. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in credit management, operations, stakeholder management, and building process systems.

Milind Hire completed a Diploma in Labour Law and Labour Welfare from Mumbai University in 2001-2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Economics from Vidya Vikas Education Societys Vikas Night College of Arts Science and Commerce Kannamwar Nagar 2 Vikhroli E Mumbai 400 083 in 2000-2001. Additionally, they also attended Vikas College of Arts and Commerce during the same time period, where they pursued a BA in Economics.
