Mike Grace is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cloud services, customer success, and service delivery across various technology companies. As a Senior Cloud Services Delivery Manager at SAS since February 2024, Mike previously held the role of Director of Customer Delivery and Experience at Cyber Synergy, where a standardized customer satisfaction measurement process was implemented. During a tenure at Cohesity, Mike advanced customer success initiatives, enhancing net retention rates and managing significant enterprise accounts.
