Troy Haigh

Troy Haigh is a Senior Industry Consultant at SAS Institute, with extensive experience in business process design, solution requirements definition, and system implementation. Since March 2006, Troy has partnered with customers to develop project plans and testing strategies across several verticals, including financial planning and retail analytics. Previously, as a Programmer Analyst at Payless ShoeSource from July 2001 to March 2006, Troy was responsible for coding in Java, SQL, UNIX, and VBA, along with leading the design of retail system reporting. Earlier professional experience includes a role as a Web Designer at the University of Kansas, where Troy developed applications and provided training in web technologies. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Kansas.
