Paula Khalil is a seasoned commercial leader currently serving as the Head of Leisure Sales at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines, where responsibilities include overseeing Leisure Sales & Strategy and managing the SAS Charter business. With a strong analytical background and a focus on customer-centricity, Paula has held various leadership roles within SAS, including Head of Customer Development, Head of CRM, Team Leader Revenue Management, and Revenue Manager, demonstrating expertise in project management, team leadership, and data-driven decision making.
