Ellen Fahey

Ellen Fahey serves as the Director of the Family Nurse Practitioner Program and previously held the position of Assistant Director at Columbia University School of Nursing since June 2013. Concurrently, Ellen has been a Psychopharmacology Provider at Sasco River Center and a Family Nurse Practitioner-ADHD Consultant at The Southfield Center for Development since June 2015 and August 2015, respectively. Additional experience includes serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner at THE CENTER FOR ADVANCED PEDIATRICS, P.C. from October 2016 to February 2022, and as Co-Director of the Personalized Concussion Care Center at the New England Institute for Neurology and Headache from August 2015 to October 2016. Prior to these roles, Ellen was the Clinical Director at The Concussion Center of Fairfield County from August 2011 to July 2015. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Nursing from Fairfield University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Columbia University School of Nursing.
