Amanda Homan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amanda started their career at Absa Group in 1993, where they held various roles such as Teller, Service Clerk, Teller Controller (Team Leader), and 2IC to the Branch Manager. In 2005, they moved on to work for various companies in South Africa and the UK as a Temp, serving as a Data Capture Clerk and Bookkeeper. In 2007, they joined Sasfin and served as a Business Specialist until 2014. Amanda then transitioned to the role of Personal Assistant to the Head of Transactional Banking for a year before being promoted to Senior Support Officer in the same department. Most recently, they took on the position of Business Analyst at Sasfin starting in October 2022.

Amanda Homan completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing Management at the IMM Graduate School in 2020. Following that, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (NQF Level 8) at the Milpark Business School (MBS) until 2021.
