Rodger Dunn

Executive Head:banking Services at Sasfin

Rodger Dunn has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on retail banking and transactional banking. RODGER worked at Sasfin from 2013 to the present, where they served as the Executive Head of Banking Services, overseeing strategic operations and ensuring the delivery of reliable and timely services to clients. RODGER also led the establishment of Transactional Banking as a separate division with its own profit and loss statement. Prior to Sasfin, Dunn held positions at Standard Bank Group and Standard Bank as the Head of Performance Personal and Business Bank, and the Head of Business Performance Consulting Personal and Business Banking, respectively. RODGER also worked at Mayibuye Private Equity as an Executive Retail and at Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait as the Head of Retail Banking. Dunn began their career at Absa Bank, where they served as the Head of Retail Banking.

Rodger Dunn has an extensive education history in the field of banking. RODGER obtained a Masters of Business Administration in Banking from Business School Netherlands, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Fellowship of the Institute of Bankers from the Institute of Bankers South Africa, as they attended the institution from 2000 to 2016. In addition, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration in Banking at Columbia Business School, attending from 2002 to 2004. Furthermore, Dunn obtained another Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Colombia New York, completing their studies in 2004.

Apart from their academic degrees, Dunn acquired additional certifications. RODGER completed the Executive Development Programme at the University of the Witwatersrand in December 1998. Additionally, they attained the designation of Fellow of the Institute of Directors from the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa, although the specific month and year of obtaining this designation are not available.
