Siphamandla Ngobese

Siphamandla Ngobese has a diverse work experience in debt collection and legal roles. They started their career in 2009 as a Debt Collector at Munnik Basson Dagama credit solution, where they made outbound and inbound calls to collect debts on EDCON accounts. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Legal Collector at Munnik Basson Dagama incorporated, focusing on debt collection for various stakeholders in the vehicle and home loan sector. They then joined Munnik Basson Dagama in 2014 as a Legal Process Officer, drafting legal documents and assisting attorneys in their daily work. Siphamandla moved on to African Bank LTD in 2016 as a Consultant in Outsourced Legal Collection, being responsible for resolving queries and driving collections. In 2019, they joined Centrafin Pty Ltd as a Legal Officer, managing specialized collection portfolios and handling liquidation and deceased estate claims. Currently, Siphamandla is working at Sasfin as an External Debt Collections Support Administrator, where they manage external debt collectors and resolve queries arising from the Master Rental Agreement. They also arrange debt repayment and establish repayment schedules based on customers' financial situations, while providing support to external debt collectors to optimize their performance.

Siphamandla Ngobese pursued a Bachelor of Commerce in Law from UNISA from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Matric from Illinge High School between 2002 and 2006, where they specialized in Humanities.
