Kendal Friesen is an experienced Cloud Analyst at Saskatchewan Blue Cross since April 2019, focusing on improving efficiencies and co-leading the O365 Adoption Team. With a long-standing membership in SaskatoonVMUG since 2010, Kendal also co-owned StayYxe.ca from January 2017 to July 2020 as a SuperHost for vacation rentals. Previous roles include Senior Solution Architect at the University of Saskatchewan, responsible for the design and management of IT services, and Systems Team Lead at Itracks, where leadership was provided in qualitative software solutions for market research. Additionally, Kendal has extensive experience as a System Administrator at Canpotex Limited, ensuring a stable IT environment, and as a Network Support Technician, handling servers and networking. Kendal holds a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer Diploma from the Heinze Institute of Applied Computer Technology, earned between 1999 and 2000.
