Lyle McIntyre

Lyle McIntyre has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Lyle started their career in 1999 as a Service Delivery Manager at IBM Canada Ltd., where they led teams in providing IT solutions for banking, retail, and SMB environments. In 2010, they became the General Manager at Welldone Mechanical Services, a role in which they provided financial service solutions to building owners and operators. From 2012 to 2014, Lyle worked as the Regional Vice President at Western Financial Group, leading teams of insurance professionals across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. During this time, they facilitated business growth through new acquisitions and organic methods. Lyle then moved on to become the District Vice President at Manulife Bank from 2014 to 2017, where they offered banking products through financial advisors. Since 2017, Lyle has been with SGI, initially holding positions such as Senior Director of Claims - Rural and VP Claims Operations (Acting). More recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Senior Director of Salvage Operations. In this position, they oversee salvage operations within the company.
