Pamela Loster

Director Solutions Quality at SGI

Pamela Loster has extensive work experience, starting in 1987 as a Long-Term Earnings Replacement Case Manager at the Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board. Pamela then transitioned to become a Business Consultant at the same organization, before joining the Workers' Compensation Board in 1996 as a Senior Business Analyst. In this role, they developed the business analysis discipline and worked on budgeting initiatives. Pamela joined ISM/IBM in 2007 as an Applications Consultant for a few years. Pamela then moved on to Viterra in 2016, where they held the position of Manager Business Analysis. Their responsibilities included developing governance, frameworks, and practices for business analysis and quality assurance disciplines, as well as assessing and customizing systems for international locations. Pamela also managed release planning, monitoring, and delivery to international customers. In the same year, they joined Saskatchewan Government Insurance as a Manager Solutions Delivery, and later became the Director Solutions Quality. Finally, Pamela began working for the Government of Saskatchewan in 2018, initially in the role of Portfolio Management. Pamela then became an A/Executive Director, and currently holds the position of Director Strategic Governance and Implementation, starting in February 2022.

Pamela Loster earned a Masters in Business Analysis from Royal Roads University from 2004 to 2006. Pamela also studied Business Administration at the University of Regina from 1984 to 1989. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Change Management from Acuity Institute in 2014 and PMP from PMI in 2013. It is unknown when they attended SIAST or any specific degree or field of study.
