Heather Lemieux is a Wellness & Mindfulness Coach at Wellness Woman since June 2016. Heather is also a JobSeries Facilitator at SIIT since November 2018. In the past, Heather worked as an Instructor at Chinook Learning Services, where Heather developed and delivered a wellness course called "Healthy By Choice." Heather also has experience as the Owner of HEAL PHOTOGRAPHY, a Health Promotion Coordinator at Bigstone Health Commission and RHA, and a Community Outreach Worker at MD of Opportunity #17. Additionally, Heather holds a BKin in Kinesiology & Health Studies from the University of Regina, an Extension Certificate in Integrative Health Coach from Mount Royal University, and is a Reiki Master Practitioner (RP-CRA).

The Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT) is an Indigenous post-secondary institution, governed by First Nations leaders. With a province-wide footprint of campuses, trade and career centres, mobile training units, and many community-based program sites, SIIT programs are available all across Saskatchewan. SIIT provides applied skills training for careers in a variety of areas. Programs include both traditional and hands-on learning, with close ties to related industry stakeholders to ensure course content is strong and relevant.
