Joshua Reschny

Joshua Reschny currently serves as the Manager of Facilities Management at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, leading a team in the management of multiple buildings in Saskatoon while implementing communication strategies to improve operational efficiency. Prior experience includes over a decade at Black & McDonald Limited, where Joshua progressed from a Journeyman Electrician to Senior Electrical Estimator and ultimately to Preconstruction Manager, overseeing a team of estimators and developing innovative strategies to enhance competitive edge and revenue generation. Earlier roles in retail management and as an electrical apprentice further enriched Joshua's diverse skill set. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Management at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, Joshua has also completed multiple leadership programs, including certifications from the Harvard ManageMentor and the University of Saskatchewan's Executive Education.
