Joshua Lavalley

AMI Indigenous Engagement Lead at SaskPower

Joshua Lavalley began their work experience in 2016 as a Youth Facility Worker for the Government of Saskatchewan. Joshua then transitioned to the role of Deputy Sheriff in 2018 and later became a Policy Researcher in 2021. In 2022, they joined SaskPower as an AMI Indigenous Engagement Lead. In 2023, they are set to start a new role as a Human Foundations Practitioner. Prior to their government and corporate experience, Joshua worked as an Instructor at Complete Martial Arts and Fitness Inc.

Joshua Lavalley holds a Bachelor's degree from the First Nations University of Canada. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Human Foundations Practitioner from Functional Patterns in 2023 and completed the Project Management Foundations course from LinkedIn in 2019.
