Herman Coceancigh

Herman Coceancigh is an experienced professional in the field of analytical chemistry with a strong background in research and development. Currently serving as an ICP supervisor at the Saskatchewan Research Council since August 2022, Herman has previously held positions such as Research and Development Lead at Under the Sun Groweries and Research Technician at the University of Saskatchewan. Herman obtained a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from Kansas State University, where significant research involved the development and characterization of polymeric films. Early career experiences include roles as an Analytical Chemist at CNEA, conducting impurity characterization in uranium matrices, and a teaching assistant at Universidad Maimónides, where responsibilities included supervising and assisting in laboratory work. Comprehensive training in separation techniques as a fellow with the European Commission further complements Herman's extensive expertise in analytical practices across various sectors.
