Moumita Kurup

Moumita Kurup has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Moumita started their career at Evolus India Pvt. Ltd as an Executive in Human Resources from June 2000 to May 2001. Moumita then joined CSM Software Pvt. Ltd as a Senior Executive in Human Resources from June 2001 to July 2003.

In August 2003, Moumita joined Wipro Technologies as a Manager in Talent Acquisition, where they achieved the highest number of recruitment to date. Moumita managed a team of 30 members and was responsible for recruiting freshers through off-campus and campus events. Their tenure at Wipro Technologies lasted until May 2010.

Following Wipro Technologies, they joined Hewlett-Packard as a Staffing Manager from May 2010 to October 2014. During their time at Hewlett-Packard, they gained experience in managing staffing operations.

In October 2014, Moumita joined Flipkart as Director HRBP | HR 40 under 40. Moumita held this position until February 2023. At Flipkart, they played a crucial role in human resources, covering various aspects of HR Business Partnering.

Most recently, in February 2023, Moumita joined Sasken Technologies Limited as the VP and Global Head of HR.

Moumita Kurup obtained an MBA in Human Resource Management from Karnatak University from 1998 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Prosci Change Management Practitioner from Prosci in 2021, Certified DDI Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International in 2019, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from KPMG India in 2016.
