Pat Stuart possesses extensive experience in health management and employment relations. Currently serving as the Manager of Primary Health at Saskatoon Health Region since April 2007, Pat is responsible for fostering a collaborative environment that enhances communication among practitioners, clients, and communities, while managing interdisciplinary health teams to improve service delivery. Previously, Pat was a Primary Health Facilitator, focusing on capacity-building within primary health teams. From April 1993 to September 2007, Pat worked as an Employment Relations Officer for the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses, negotiating rights, employment conditions, and wages for unionized nurses, while representing employees in conflict scenarios. Pat holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Saskatchewan.
