Jennifer McLeod has been an integral part of SaskTel since December 2005, serving in various managerial roles focused on industrial relations and HR management. As an Industrial Relations Manager, Jennifer is responsible for designing and implementing corporate HR strategies related to Corporate Social Responsibility, Diversity, and Organizational Design, holding certifications in both Queen's University Organizational Design Methodology and Prosci Organizational Change Management. Prior to this, as an HR Manager for Learning and Performance Solutions, responsibilities included needs analysis, contract negotiations for learning solutions, and managing vendor relationships. Jennifer's earlier experience includes a role as HR and Administrative Services Manager at SaskTel International from 2000 to 2005. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources and Health Care Administration from the University of Saskatchewan, a Certificate in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University, and a Certificate in Labour Relations from Queen's University.
