Johanna Malan

Johanna Malan has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Johanna has worked in various roles related to change management, transformation, and project management. Some of the companies they have worked for include ABB, Sasol, BHP Billiton, Sanlam and Santam, Accenture, and Bytes Specialised Solutions. Johanna'smost recent position was as the ABB HR Transformation Lead. Prior to that, they held roles such as Lead Data Officer at Sasol and Organization Change Manager at BHP Billiton. Throughout their career, they have been involved in implementing various projects and driving change within organizations.

Johanna Malan obtained a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Pretoria in 1986. In 2010, they received a Certified Master Coaching degree in Behavioral Coaching from the Behavioral Coaching Institute C.M.C.
