Justice Nkosi

Justice Nkosi has vast work experience in the field of Human Resources. They currently hold the position of Vice President Human Resources Mining at Sasol since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the HOD Human Resources Kumba Iron Ore at Anglo American from October 2016 to May 2021.

Justice also worked as the Head of Human Resources at African Rainbow Minerals Limited from November 2008 to September 2016. They served as the Regional HR Manager at Coca-Cola Sabco from April 2007 to March 2008.

Earlier in their career, Justice held the role of HR/ER Manager at South African Forestry Company (SAFCOL) in 2006 and at ABSA Bank from 2003 to 2005. They also worked as the HR/ER Manager (Regional Office) at South African Forestry Company (SAFCOL) from 1999 to 2003.

Justice Nkosi has experience in various HR roles, demonstrating their expertise and knowledge in the field.

Justice Nkosi,CHRP, HR Executive, MBA has a diverse education history. In 2020-2021, they pursued a Master of Business Admin (Exec MBA) degree from Guglielmo Marconi University in Italy. In 2011-2012, they completed an Executive Development Program (EDP) at the Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership (SBL) with a focus on Business/Commerce. In 2000-2002, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Labour Relations Management/HRM from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. In 1994-1996, they achieved a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management from Tshwane University of Technology. Additionally, in 2020, they obtained a Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in HRM from Cambridge International Qualifications (CIQ).
