Mogato Isaac Matji

Mogato Isaac Matji has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership roles at Sasol. Mogato Isaac recently served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing global HR operations and leading the development and delivery of the Group HR strategy across multiple regions. Prior to this, they held positions as the Regional Vice President in charge of HR operations and the Group Head of the People Stream in Sasol's Business Performance Enhancement Program. In these roles, they successfully managed organizational redesigns, workforce transitions, stakeholder engagement, and change management initiatives.
