Sivuyise Ndzendze

Sivuyise Ndzendze has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Currently, they hold the position of Data Engineering Lead at Sasol since January 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Business Intelligence Manager at ATNS from March 2021 to December 2021.

Before their role at ATNS, Sivuyise worked independently as a Digitalisation Techno-Economic Analyst from January 2010 to December 2021. During this time, they were involved in various projects and also participated in the 2019 TechCentral CIO Roundtable.

From August 2014 to March 2021, Sivuyise worked at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd. Sivuyise held multiple positions during their tenure, including Senior Advisor: Analytics and Digital Strategy, Transformation Champion, and Senior Analyst: Engineering Information Management. Sivuyise was involved in several projects and responsibilities such as managing programs, projects, and relationships, as well as business case development and solution delivery.

Prior to their role at Eskom Holdings, Sivuyise worked as a Management Consultant at Powertech System Integrators from March 2007 to April 2008. Sivuyise also worked as a Solutions Developer at T-Systems South Africa from January 2006 to February 2007.

Sivuyise'searliest work experience was as a Research Assistant at WSU - Walter Sisulu University from January 2005 to December 2005.

Sivuyise Ndzendze received a BSc in Computer Science & Physics from the University of Transkei/Universiteit van Transkei in 2004. In 2005, they completed an Honours BSc in Physics at WSU - Walter Sisulu University. In 2019, they pursued a degree in Engineering and Technology Management at the University of Pretoria. They then obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering, Innovation and Technology Management from the same institution in 2021. Sivuyise Ndzendze is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Energy Economics at the Paris School of Business, with an expected completion date in 2026. They also hold various additional certifications related to project management, blockchain, and leadership, among others.
