Viktoria Bender

Viktoria Bender has extensive work experience in communications consulting and internal communications. Viktoria is currently working as the Director of Communications Consulting at sasserath+ since 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Sasserath Munzinger Plus GmbH, including Director of Communications Consulting from 2021 to the present, Senior Manager of Internal Communications from 2019 to 2021, and Content and Social Media Consultant from 2017 to 2019. Viktoria also worked as a Junior Content and Social Media Consultant and Werkstudentin Content and Social Media Consulting at Sasserath Munzinger Plus GmbH from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they founded VIBO Healing in 2021, focusing on emotions healing and nutritional therapy. Viktoria has previous experience as a Werkstudentin in Strategic Consulting at Uhura Creative Media GmbH from 2014 to 2015, and as a Werkstudentin in Business Development and Procurement at Private Collections Internet GmbH from 2012 to 2013. Viktoria also worked as a Praktikantin in Public Relations at PRESS FACTORY GmbH in 2012.

Viktoria Bender completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Freie Universität Berlin, a university in Germany, from 2009 to 2013. Viktoria then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Marketing und Management from the same university, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, during their Master's program, they had the opportunity to study abroad at Copenhagen Business School in 2015, where they focused on Brand and Communications Management, as well as Design Business and Strategy.
