Toschia Taylor has a long history of work experience, beginning with a role as Network Analyst (Manager) at AT&T in 1998. During their time there, they were highly motivated and driven, leading teams through transitional experiences and organizational restructuring in call center and executive environments. Toschia also achieved exceptional employee achievements and service delivery, provisioning and maintenance performance results for top Fortune 500 customers' networks. In 2020, Toschia moved to Sassy Jones, where they held the roles of Sales and Service Director and Manager of Customer Experience.

Toschia Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Toschia also has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from AT&T, obtained in June 2010, as well as a Mental Health First Aid Certification.
