Asutosh Tripathi

Asutosh Tripathi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Asutosh began their career as an intern at Sighania Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. in 2016 and later completed a summer internship at S. P. Singla Constructions Pvt Ltd in 2017.

In 2018, Asutosh joined HighRadius as an Associate Techno Functional Consultant, where they worked on automating complex accounts in the receivables domain for Fortune 1000 companies. Asutosh later transitioned to the role of Techno Functional Consultant, taking on responsibilities such as implementing projects generating revenue over $1.5 million and delivering significant automation for US and European clients. Asutosh also served as an Associate Functional Consultant before leaving HighRadius in 2021.

In 2021, Asutosh joined Gainsight as a Customer Outcomes Manager, where they focused on improving customer success within companies by leveraging CRMs like Salesforce and Microsoft dynamics 365. Asutosh later became a Senior Consultant, specializing in automation of complex accounts and customer success. Asutosh left Gainsight in 2023.

Currently, Asutosh Tripathi works as a Customer Operations Manager at Sastrify, a position they began in April 2023.

Asutosh Tripathi began their education at Aditya Birla Public School, where they completed their schooling in the field of science from 2000 to 2013. Asutosh then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Patna, from 2014 to 2018. Recently, in 2022, Asutosh enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, to pursue an Executive MBA with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including API and Web Services from Udemy in July 2022, Gainsight Certified Customer Success Manager from Pulse Academy by Gainsight in January 2022, Gainsight NXT Administrator Certification (Level 3) from Gainsight in January 2022. Asutosh also achieved recognition as a Runner Up in the Indra Gandhi National Mathematics Olympiad in February 2013 and as a Silver Medalist in the International Young Mathematical Olympiad in January 2012.
