Claudia Korenko

Claudia Korenko has a diverse work experience. Claudia began their career in 2014 as an Assistant in Accounting and Controlling at OPEN MIND Technologies AG. In 2016, they worked as a Working Student Recruitment and Human Resources Intern at Clevis Research GmbH, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment of interns and freelancers, staffing for external and internal consulting projects, and employer branding projects. In 2017, they were an Intern Talent Management at Allianz Insurance, where they assisted in the moderation of assessment centres for middle and senior management levels, managed international talent management databases, and created Talent Management reports for the board. In 2018, they were an Intern Training & Development, Change Management at BMW Group. In 2019, they were an HR Specialist EMEA at Delta Electronics EMEA. Most recently, in 2021, they became the People Operations Manager at Sastrify, where they support Tech, Finance and Procurement teams in buying and renewing SaaS subscriptions.

Claudia Korenko received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius in 2013-2017. Claudia then went on to receive their Master of Science - MS in Business Administration - Human Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 2018-2019.
