Serena Davidson

Serena Davidson is an experienced Employee Experience Specialist at Sony Pictures Entertainment since May 2021, with a background in talent acquisition and marketing. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist and Campus Recruiting Intern at Northwestern Mutual, as well as a Marketing Intern at Amped Marketing and Metricfy. In addition to her corporate experience, Serena served as Director of Chapter Facilities for Alpha Phi International Fraternity, overseeing chapter housing and maintenance. Early in her career, Serena worked in various hospitality roles at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and Garage On 4th. Serena holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management, completed in 2019.
