Katja Rickert

Katja Rickert has over 13 years of experience in procurement and sourcing. Katja started their career in 2007 as an Intern at DHL GCS. In the same year, they worked as a Category Manager at Deutsche Post World Net where their main responsibilities included sourcing and purchasing of technical products. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Bid Manager Middle East Area and EEMEA Tender & Project Implementation Coordinator at DHL Express. Then, from 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Procurement Manager at American Express. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an IT Procurement Manager at KfW. Currently, they are a Senior SaaS Procurement Specialist and Team Lead Purchasing at Sastrify since 2022.

Katja Rickert obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Logistics and Forwarding from The Berlin School of Economics and Law between 2004 and 2007. In December 2022, they earned a certification from Sastrify Internal Academy | Leading Remotely.
