International Human Resources Director at SAT-7

Olga Messios has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Olga began their career at Polygon Ltd., where they served as an Executive Assistant/HR Manager for over 11 years. Following this, they joined World Vision, initially as a Human Resources Manager at the Regional Office, and later progressed to become a Regional Senior HR Business Partner, overseeing 10 country offices. Olga then took on the role of Human Resources Director for the Hub (Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, Iraq, and Syria Response) at World Vision, providing strategic leadership and management in HR-related matters. After leaving World Vision, Olga joined Cyprowealth Advisory Services Limited as the Director of Human Capital. Currently, they are a Partner at Baobab Consulting. Olga's most recent role before Baobab Consulting was as the International Human Resources Director at SAT-7.

Olga Messios obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour from CIIM - Cyprus International Institute of Management in 2017. In 2011-2012, they attended the University of Nicosia, although the degree obtained during that time is unspecified. From 1986 to 1988, Olga attended Speciss College in Bullawayo, Zimbabwe, where they studied Executive Business Administration. Currently, Olga is pursuing a degree in Clinical and Pastoral Counselling from the Institute of Counselling in the UK, starting in 2020. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including being a Strategy Consultant from the University of the West of England in 2022 and a Certified Critical Incident Stress Management Responder from the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc. in 2008. Olga also has certifications in Cultural Mapping & Navigation Inter-Cultural Intelligence, Ken Blanchard's Situational Leadership II, Leading from your Strengths Facilitator, Multipliers Trainer, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step 1 & 2 consultant, Targeted Selection Interviewer and Trainer, and Team Emotional and Social Intelligence (TESI) Facilitator.
