Alexandros B. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Alexandros started their career at Codebender in 2013, where they served as the Co-Founder and CTO until 2014. Alexandros then worked as a Software Engineer Intern at the Computer Technology Institute for a brief period in 2012.

In 2013, Alexandros became a Board Member at Re.De-Plan Consultants A.E., a position they held until 2018. During their time there, they also worked as a Web Developer and IT Employee from November 2014 to August 2015.

In 2015, Alexandros joined the Information Technology Support Center of the Hellenic Army as a Software Engineer until June 2016.

From February to September 2017, they worked as a Software Engineer and Data Scientist (Part-Time Internship) at Satalia, where they designed and implemented a web-based analytics tool using Python and JavaScript.

During the same year, Alexandros was a Machine Learning Engineer at Nudgr as part of their MSc Business Analytics thesis. Their responsibilities included improving the machine learning component of Nudgr by creating a prediction model based on a Recurrent Neural Network architecture.

Since April 2018, Alexandros has been a Teaching Assistant at eLearning ΚΕΔΙΒΙΜ του Οικονομικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, where they assist with teaching duties.

Alexandros B. is currently a PhD Candidate at the Athens University of Economics and Business, studying in the School of Business. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Analytics (with a specialization in Computer Science) from UCL in 2017. From 2014 to 2016, Alexandros earned another MSc degree in Computer Science & Technology from the University of Patras.

Their educational journey began with a Diploma in Computer Engineering & Informatics from the Polytechnic School at the University of Patras, which they completed from 2007 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Alexandros has also obtained certifications in the field. Alexandros received a Verified Certificate for Scalable Machine Learning from edX - Berkeley in August 2015, and a Verified Certificate for Introduction to Big Data with Apache Spark in July 2015, also from edX - Berkeley.
